Put basically, it's eugenics. It's the idea of parents choosing the features of their unborn child, and genetically engineering their foetus, as though a human being were a product, rather than a person - parents ought to be glad they can have children, and accept & love them unconditionally, no matter what they look like, or whether they have physical weaknesses. I think it's a horrific way for society to be going, and that Hitler would be very proud that his ideas are being pursued by scientists in this way.
