Do football coaches think they're Gods or what?

Why don't HS football coaches cut players from the teams? Being on the sideline every game is even worse than being cut. What's your opinion....?

Most of the high school ones I have known do...it's like they are failed players who didn't make the team and have to over coach kids who just want to play for fun. Ego teip all of the way!

I don't know. I think they try to have a certain number of players on a team. I guess some are for backups. Anyhow, that is what I remember from H.S. Girl's Basketball. I wasn't very good but they let me warm the bench. Next year I was statistician.
