I'm a vegetarian since i was a teenager, I'm in good health and doing weight training, running, etc I don't think it has any negative effect on me.

Well, I think it is possible for vegetarians to have a balanced diet, but you have to plan meals carefully to make sure you get all the nutrients you need, and I know many vegetarians who don't really do this. A good friend of mine seems to live on nothing but grilled cheese sandwiches and french fries! HOWEVER, saying that, most non-vegetarians do not eat a balanced diet either, so I guess they don't really have room to talk. I am not a vegetarian, but I do love vegetables and I eat plenty of them!!
