how to make your children being a piano talent?

in shenzhen, china. there is a group children who good playing piano very well.I don't know why there so perfect.when i was young, i even didin't know what piano is , but these children in shenzhen, china can play so wonderful. Can everyone tel me the reason?

They probably started playing "by ear", which is playing the notes you hear, not reading them on paper. Then, theyprobably practice for more hours than they actually spend in school. They were probably selected for their innate talent, so that only those who would learn easiest got into the program.
