While I have two children of my own and do not want them using any sort of foul language, I don't really think that banning such language from films would be necessary. It is up to each parent to know what their kids are watching and being influenced by when they are young. Once they get older it is still important, but not very effective. Teenagers not only get bad language from films, but from music, adults and peers.

I think now the people who made a movie just need to say that movie is not for a children under 10 years old

No I dont think so, we just have to be more cautious of what our children are watching, and remind them of what is ok for adults, and what is ok for children.
