Have you ever smell you own toenail? Why does it stink like that? Mine smells like swiss cheese. Does yours smell? What are the remedy to counteract this?

You have to clean between your toes when you bath daily and make sure you dry it properly. Moist toes can encourage bacterial proliferation and so it stinks.

The stink smell form our toe nails actually come from the thing that stuck in your nails and when you sweat the object rotten there and a strong smell comes out. Socks that wear for a least 2 months will smell stink and it is better to change a new pair before it make your feet smell stink too.

The reson is because our toes are covered in socks and shoes throughout the day. Because of this moisture cannot escape and remains there to rot. If we don't change our socks at least once a day this problem will get aggravated. Also when we wash our feet in the night we must make it a point to wash between our toes. Sometimes through laziness we might ignore this too.
