Would you Legalize Marijuana?

If there were a poll today that came out asking you to legalize marijuana, would you? We would of course tax it, regulate it, not allow anyone to grow more than 2 plants, no driving under the influence, must be 21+ to purchase, etc. Why do you think this hasn't been done yet?
