If u have taken a loan from some person whom u know will not forgive u for not paying the debt on time what will u do to arrange the money and pay it to the person..

Nothing. You can't squeeze blood from a rock! If it was a debt to a creditor I would probably borrow from my parents. But then I'd just owe someone else. I would not borrow from any friends, because that always causes trouble.
