Job change!

Is it better to change jobe too soon?How does it look in your resume?Does it pay to be loyal to your current organisation?I am pretty confused.Can you help please.

At least give it a year. It won't always look good on your resume to be job hopping all the time as they will be asking you why you keep changing jobs. Of course it will depend on what kind of job you're really looking for, so choose your job wisely, know what you really want so you'd be able to stay in a job for a longer time. =)

there is no absolute right or wrong. But I think it's not good to change the job too often(less than 1 year). Because you should certain time to be in a new job. thanks
