Share your experiances! I was an expat for two years. I lived in Singapore and made some good friends but it wasn't somewhere i could have called home.

I am one now I guess! I am an Australian/British citizen and have just arrived in India on a minimum 12 month employment visa. I am finding it hard so far to settle in (been here almost a month now) and hope that it gets easier with time! India is a massive change for me.

I can't imagine how different life must be there but i'm sure you will settle in and things will become easier for you. Good luck!
