Teenages having babies for money

Who do we blame for this mishap. Well we could blame the parents of these kids, for not preparing them for life. We could blame the goverment they give out money to have babies.

I believe that the people who have kids because of the money has to do with the environment they grow up in. If a child grows up with a family that deems this acceptable or a family that has always lived this way, then they don't see an issue with it. I guess for some poor people they see it as a way to survive which is why the government needs to enforce the welfare to work program and not pay extra money per kid.

A welfare system eats peoples self worth away and they just expect the system will pay for this that and the other. It is a shame that a goverment can encourage this by putting a price on an unborn human. Then I pitty the world if it keeps going. we all complain but most don't even vote. I wish you health and happiness and thank-you for reading and posting .

I don't think that you can blame the parents really because they aren't the ones having the babies and I am sure that most parents would rather their teenagers were not parents. Yes, they do get some assistance from the Government but as everyone knows it is enough for survival and certainly no luxuries.
Perhaps some do have it for the baby bonus that new parents now receive here in Australia but I doubt that there are too many. We only hear about the very vocal majority not those who made a genuine mistake.

Thank you for your comments. I do in a small way balme parents of these Benift claiming youngsters. And I do BLAME the SYSTEM. But heard only to much these days it pays better to stay home on the Dole. We Australians are a walfare country.
