Stay away! They have expensive fees and not the lowest fees (and they don't show all the fees, only the monthly fees that are too much expensive!). They offer only "virtual" credit cards. It means that you can use them only on the net and not in the real shops, hotels, restaurants, etc. Also they have a referral program! Not good (VISA and mastercard don't allow any MLM!)... Their addres is real in Panama but it is a office and I'm not sure it is not a redirect office. And at the end they don't request data like your bank account or document ID, address, etc! It is not good for your saving! A strange thing... it appears on the main page a clock... but it is not the time of Panama but the time of Greenwich -1!!!!!... I think the world doesn't need another electronic value. Ther are already too many!

I agree with the previous respondent sweetie88. I do not have any personal experience with this organisation but a friend was telling me that a relation of hers lost a lot of money. I think that you should put your hard earned money somewhere that you know it will be safe, and it doesn't sound like this is a place where it will be.
