Because i have created it myself alone, hence you won't find it anywhere on the internet also, as i have already searched for it
here it goes..
With this trick you will be able to multiple 2 no.s which are both 9's power i.e. 9 to the power anything multiplied by 9 to the power anything will result what
for example 999 x 999 =? its easy and you can do it by your own or via calculator it will come up 998001
but if i ask you to calculate 99999999999999 x 9999999999 then what will you do? even the calculator won't give you a full answer as there are not so much digits a calculator could display
so here is the way how you can do it, try it and amaze your friends that you are so good to Maths
for example if you want to multiply 999 x 999 then both the no.s are 9 to the power three, now step by step formula
1) Subtract 1 from 999, you will get 998 and this will be include in your answer, so begin your answer 998.
2) Now count the no. of 9's in the answer you have written, for example, just now you have written two 9's and one 8 in 998,
3)Now place same no.s of 0's as those of 9's and put 1 at the last, ilel after you have written 998 write 001
and you have got your answer 998001
you can try with 99 x 99 also
subtract 1 you get 98 now put one 0 and 1 as the last i.e. 9801
same will go for 99999 x 99999 you will get 9999800001
got that? i hope so
now what if you multiply 9999 x 99
now you just have to do few more steps
1) First of all check the smaller no. between the two which u are going to multiply, here, you have 99 smaller than 9999
2) Now subtract 1 from the smaller no. you get 99-1=98
begin the answer with 98
3)Now count how many extra 9's the bigger no. has compared to that of smaller no. i.e. 9999 contains four 9 and hence it has got two extra 9's compared to 99
so write two extra 9's after the answer i.e. 9899
now see your answer, what you have written before putting extra 9's, here you have written 98 before putting extra 9's.
so now you must put one 0 after the answer and 1 at the last i.e. 989901
review the answer step wise = 98 then 99 then 01 makes 989901
lets take up another example if you want to multiply 999999 x 9999 what will you do
subtract 1 from 9999 as its smaller compared to 999999 and you get 9998
then put two extra 9's after that you get 999899
now put 3 0's and 1 at the last and you get the final answer 9998990001
cool isnt? i hope you understood the trick, if you still havn't got it, post here and ask your query
here's another example
9999 x 9 = 89991

The post is really interesting. I am sure there are so many other mathematical tricks waiting to be discouvered. I can remember a TV show which gave similar tricks like this. One is the method of multiplying by 11. To multiply a two digit number by 11 you have to add the two digits and put the resuld in the middle. For example. 11 x 32 will be 3 (3+2) 2, 352. 11 x 63 will be 693. But what if it is 11 x 75. Because the result of 7+5 is 12 and it is two digit we put the right digit in the middle and add the left digit to the first digit of 75. So the answer will be (7 + 1) (2) 5, 825.

hey, i finally got this trick over the internet but still its not the full trick it will explain how to multiply 999x999 or 9999x9999 or 99x99 but doesnt explain how to multiply 9x9999 or 999x999999
here' it goes what i have found
To square any number of 9s immediately without multiplying: set down as many 9s less one (beginning at the left) as there are 9s in the given number, an 8, as many 0s as you do 9s, and a 1. Example: 999 x 999: put down 2 9s: 99. Then an 8: 998. then 2 0s (because you have 2 9s): 99800. The append a 1: 998001. That's it!
