paypal alow you to transfer funds from them to another designated account and then you can ise the funds as you see fit but you have to register it with them

I think there is a minimum ammount if you want to cash money from your paypal account into your bank account or another option you can use it for buying something from internet.

you can withdraw amount after u have minimum 150$ in paypal account and if u want to online pay that site wil ask for paypal id so u can give and purchase

Well what You do is add a bank account to your paypal account and let them verify it. Once verified you can transfer your paypal funds to that account. You can also make online purchases as long as the merchant accepts paypal. When I first got my account and was paid for a survey, I requested to have as little as $6 sent to my bank account and it went through with no fees. I hope this helps.

if u add a checking account to your paypal then when u get money in your paypal balance you can have it transferred to your bank account, otherwise you can only spend your paypal balance online with merchants that accept paypal payments.

You can't use PayPal anytime anywhere..first of all you have to go and look at the list at the paypal site mentioning the places or site where they accept PayPal as the paying option.I think you can use PayPal for Skype as it is mentioned in that list..and how to use that as payment option ,I think you will get all the details in the Skype site itself..

you don't need to move the money to your bank account, if the merchant accept paypal as a payment, you can use it directly to pay them. I used e-gold before but it is the same kind of system and if their payment work the same way you should see a link for a paypal payment on the merchant website to do it.

i believe the best in such situations is to transfer the funds to ur credit card..and witdraw it..also there are lots of sites which do allow paypal as a mode of payment so u just need to check the list out and find if they suit ur need..besides u can always shop through paypal own network..

well it depends on u..to cash it out u can give ur account number at paypal and teke out ur cash form there and use it wherever u want
