for me it's.. "okay, fine" or just a plain "ok". i didn't notice when im taling with someone that im actually saying those words repeatedly in our conversation.

"Text mo ko!"; "text na lang kita"; "sige, bye!"; "ingat!"; "maingat sila sa iyo"; "Hay, naku"; "Hay,naku buhay","Be, kain na tayo." and "Be-be."

I usually get "terms" that I mostly utter from soap operas or from people. Especially when they sound funny to me. Some of the words that I get to say like almost all the time are:
Bobito, Pangit (Ugly), Damn, Grrr, Hatecha, Dimwit, Right, Madatcha...
