Should Badgers be allowed to leap in front of cars in mass suicide attempts?

What an odd question! I've never personally heard of badgers leaping in front of cars especially on mass! Is this a problem where you live? Perhaps urban development encroaching on their habitat? I have no idea how this could be prevented if it were occurring? Sorry, but my reply seems more of questions than any possible solutions.
