What would you do?

Say you and your friend are in a pub and your friend is totally wasted and he came their by car. Would you let him drive? if not what would you do instead? Bare in mind that you are there on foot and don't have a license (anymore).

If you don't have a license I wouldn't. Call another friend or something to pick you guys up or walk with him and let him stay at your house. I got my first OWI in March and they pulled my license. I was busted about 2 months ago driving and I am facing some heavy fines! Not to mention my lawyer fees! So trust me it is not worth it!

A taxi is always a good choice but take his keys to prevent him driving

I would call him a cab or get someone else to drive his car. OR if you were there by foot maybe have him stay at your place for the night. There is ALWAYS a solution. Never let someone drive home intoxicated.

I would ask the bartender for help and take his keys to keep him safe. Some pubs will call a taxi for you.

I'd call for a cab, drop my friend home (I am assuming that I am not as sozzled as my friend) and then take the cab home.

and how would you get home then??? that's a big risk you're taking because you can get caught and then you'll never get a license and you'll also get a fine to pay.

N o i am not oging to drive as it is illegal to drive without licence as helping friends so i can call taxi and go with him in taxi and drop him at his house.well first all i will not let him drink so much i wil try to resist him to do so.but if he did then this will be my solution
