How do I stop my sister from ruining family funchions for me?

My sister has a chip on her shoulder basicaly cause her boyfriend thinks Im preitty she finds opportunites at family gatherings to pick on me.She wouldnt refer to the fact her boyfiend thinks Im prietty.She would pick on everything I say.This is very annoying sometimes leads to me looking like a bad person as It can cause disputes.I just want to enjoy myself there.What should I do?

Yeah, you should be strict but you should avoid disputing with your sister. Just be the way you are.

try to talk with your sister in private and have a nice talk about her demeanor..and assures her that she looks nice or both of you are.
