Malnutrition is caused by not getting the vitamins and minerals needed to live.This happens in anorexics,drunk/junkies and people who don't eat fruit and vegatables,not eating enough food,or eating the wrong kinds of foods,foods with absolutely no nutritional value whatsoever.
