Does anyone here have xbox live?

i really am having a problem getting set up with this, i have called xbox i have called my isp, i have called the company that i bought the adapter from. no one can help me even xbox called microsoft. help me.

We had XBox Live at one time. If you can explain what the problem is, tonight when my partner gets home, I will read it to him. It was his setup and maybe he ran into the same problem as you. Its worth a try anyways.
So post what you seem to be having a problem with and I will ask. :)

it is not reading the dns code, and the ip adresses. i have the gaming adapter and that is reading that it is working, but when you go into the set up to xbox live it is not reading anything.

Did Microsoft ping your IP to make sure there is a connection?

there were people that did know thier butt from a whole on the past few days, so i did not get anywhere with them, i know that i am not totally knowing what i a m doing but i think that i knew more then the ones that answered my calls
