I'm sorry but only members with more than 500 posts can addd photos to their reply, however, I think you can upload photos when you start a new discussion

You enter the photos section and you post the discussion. If you want to be more precise then you go to "my interests" list, you decide the topic, you post the photo and the discussion. Simple. Check the guidelines for photos
