Do you believe in Estate Planning and writing a will?

Yes I do have a Will. The first one was done when we got married and then updated when our son was born. There was no real reason to change it until he turned 18 when a new one was done. Since then (almost 13 years ago now) it has not been changed or updated because there has been no necessity. If and when he marries and has children, then it will be reviewed. :) I think it is essential that people leave a Will so that their family know what their wishes are plus it also means that your assets go to who you choose, rather than someone else making that choice.

I do, but it kida helps if you have an estate to plan with. I have absolutely nothing and figure that if I was to die right now, then everyone in my life can just fight over what they want
