girls need your advice

a few days ago i got artificial nails put on .. cost me quite a bit of money but wanted to look nice over christmas. then on christmas eve one broke ..and now another one has...im really p***ed off. i dont know wether to go back and ask for my money back... or wether these things happen all the time with acrylic nails...or wether they have done them properly ? would you ask for your money back or just go in and get my nails done again?

I used to get acrylics, and although they rarely break, they sometimes do. Unless you are being rough with your nails, it sounds like they didn't do a very good job. I'd go back in and talk to the salon manager -- if you are nice about it, they might re-do the nails for free or very cheap.

thanks for the advice. i went in and got my nails done again..and didnt have to pay so that was good :) hopefully they will stay on till new years eve!

Hi, artygirl2006. If my nails kept on coming on and off, In would just contact the nail salon and let them re do them. If not, I will just get my money back for a poor job that was not done properly.
