no you don't need a credit card you just needt a paypal account and a checking account. thats just if you going to buy or sell on there i have both i pay them with my checking account.

just to see things is free though you just need those 2 thing to buy and sell oh yeah you need to make an ebay account also if your going to bid or sell

No you do not need a credit card but you do need a bank account where they can withdraw the money it costs to sell items on e-bay

No, you don't need a credit card to view or purchase on ebay. You can by on ebay with a paypal account. In fact many sellers prefer taking paypal over credit cards or money orders, because of the swiftness of the transaction.
