After 59 years of independence, males still continue to dominate!

Just recently, I saw a man slap his wife bang in public. The reason? She happened to disagree with him over something. A few days later, I heard that a friends mom wasnt allowed to wear any saree that did not match her husbands choice. In short, he chose her entire wardrobe. These subtle forms of gender inequality escape by unnoticed, but are certainly present. When are women going to be free of this bondage of having no voice of their own?

In many cultures yes they do but I think in the western world man is beginning to learn women really do have the upper hand. A lot of women are finding they don't need them any more.
