I am trying to find a balance between the two, since I think that they are both important and influence each other. If your personal life is a shambles, you are going to be too stressed and irritable to do well in your carreer, and vice-versa.

it depends upon the individual and the situation he is in. Personally speaking I think both things are important you can't leave one thing behind

but sometime we have to choose one thing either career or personal life specially for ladies then whome we shuld give priority? i know u will say personal life.

Personal life and family is 100% more important than work. I work for money, because money is needed to survive. I work well and I do a good job, because I ultimately want more money! In the end, when I hear people neglecting their family or skipping out on good times because they have to work, I feel they are taking work to seriously. When you die, your career won't remember you, but your family and friends will! So go out and enjoy life :) Work as much as you need to, but don't kill yourself.

okey ya it is true personal life is more important but money is needed to survive. But if we dont give preference to money then we will not have happy life what i feel

for me my personal life is most important.we continue with our carreer just lead our personal life happily.with out a good personal life we cannot lead our carrer happily.so my preference is for personal life rather than carrer.
