Do you sleep at work ?

I feel sleepy at times but try not to doze of especially at work.

I used to do that at my previous work place. Used to sleep for hours. heheheh :-)

I do but only during breaks or lunch. Power Nap helps a lot. 5-10 minutes of snooze time at work can recharge you.

We actually have a sleeping area in our office and during lunch break,we are required to trun off all lights. So it's an automatic sleeping time for most of us.

I've slept in college when I was knackered BETWEEN lessons. I think it would be too obvious at lesson time ;)

Yes, The office runs 24/7 so there is a designated room to sleep in. Of course we do it on our breaks.
