Yoga is a family of ancient spiritual practice originated in India.Its one of the six school of Hindu Philosophy. In India and across the World, Yoga is seen as a means to both physical and spiritual mastery. Yoga as a means of spiritual attainment is central to Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism, and has influenced many other religious and spiritual practices through out the world. YOGA has become a intrigal part of our life, people practice it to keep themselves healthy and its the best stress buster.

yes i am feeling the experinece.. this not only keeps you healthy but also fresh throughout the day!! yoga helps to get heathy life to each person irrespective of their religion. so start it as soon as possible

I just started doing yoga recently and I have to say I'm really enjoying it. I do find it difficult though because I'm really the opposite of flexible. I've also found that some of the positions are really difficult because I have z big belly. It seems to get in the way. I'm still plugging away though. I'll definitely be sticking with it.
