how can we give up from stress ?

Stres is a worm which eats up our energy and turns our way of thinking to a dipression. Should we think positive at that time and how can we do this?Or should we join a meditation Or we should indulge in any other activity so we can forgot the dipressed mood. What you please help me......

you should try an aquarium i remove my stress by watching my fishes swim in my many tanks :)

In early morning just sit any where in open place like garden at 5:00 am than close your eyes and in mind start saying om by deep heart . you will br fine

we should try lot of exercises if we want to remove the stress from our mind...also yoga is also one of the methods for reducing stress..it keeps you fresh and just inserts lot of energy inside you so that you can work efficiently throughout the day
