Why Islam and Terrorism are so inter related?

Islam is said to be a religeon of peace. But why There as so much Islamic terrorist groups?

It isn't that there are so many it is that the terrorist speak louder than anyone else and since they make such a lasting impression they are the ones that everyone thinks of first when people think of Islam. Every religion can have fanatics in it and unfortunately this one has some fanatics that are really good at what they do.

I couldn't agree more on that! Islamic terrorists have done such an excellent job of brand building that the superabundant pea-brained people equate Islam with terrorism. Not a single religion I know supports violence and cruelty and Islam is no exception. I don't see why religion and terrorism should be mixed up. There are terrorists belonging to many other religions. We need to fight against terror, no matter what religion it belongs too.
