yoga or aerobics?

iam looking for a good fitness regime where i can loose weight as well as tone my body. which is better yoga or aerobics? i heard yoga also strengthens the mind. but aerobics is fun and one actually looks forward to the class every morning. whereas yoga is for people above 35years. what do u say?

yoga is for ppl 35 and older?? since when?? I started doing yoga when I was about 7 or 8 yrs old.... Why not do both....both have their benefits, yoga is great for mind, body, soul connection as well as strengthing your core, increasing your flexibility and is a great cool down and warm up for that matter and aerobics is great for losing weight so i would do both
