North Carolina state residency for college tuition

I am trying to find a lawyer who handles state residency for the purpose of receiving college tuition at state residency rates. I need a lawyer who practices in the Wilmington, NC area. If anyone has been involved in this process, please write back with the lawyers information, and if you were pleased with their services.

You shouldn't need a lawyer for this. If you get the qualifying document and live in the state for stated amount of time, you automatically get the state rates.
