Where can I find the deversion of Inkscape?

On my XP box, I have a version of Inkscape from late October, which I got here. I'd like to get the same for Ubuntu (the dev version has an updated PDF-exporter, allowing the embedding of bitmaps), but I can't find the Debian packages anywhere (the ones on Debian's unstable distro aren't the dev version). Does anyone know where to find them? Thanks!
