Why i still can't add image to my posting?

i am aware of the new guidelines that adding image or photo is only allowed to those who have 500 posting so i was not bother about it. As of now i reach my 500 posting so i expect im already allowed but im wondering why i still can't. I mean the add image beside the text box is gone. How can i possibly add an image without it? Are they some member here also experience it? Please tell me how can i fix it.
