I am a plump person.I love eating but not too much still i am overweight.I always wonder that if by eating food in a very moderate quantity I am so fat then those who are very slim ,how little they must be eating.they must be feeling hungry and weak all the time. Is it okay healthwise?

Thin persons are really feeling more hungry and so,generally consume more food than the plump ones.even if they eat too much, even then they do not put on weight, while we fat people put on weights even by eating little.
