Permanent solution to bronchitis?

I'd been suffering from chronic bronchitis which forbade me from eating cold foods or drinks or to go to high altitude places which trggered sneezing followed by breathing ailments.It's a horriffic condition where one is not able to breath.But by GOD's grace I've overcome it to a considerable extent by doing certain breathing and yoga exercises.In accute conditions,experienced very rarely,I use 1 or 2 doses of asthalin syrup.But by regular exercise it can be fully cured.I was advised not to take allopathy medicines for bronchitis as it may damage the nephron cells thereby adversely affecting the kidneys.
