I am in USA and there are many ways available for transfer from my Paypal account. I can transfer the balance to my bank even if it is 1 cent. I can get paid by a check with some fee. I can also spent online to buy things. I have seen people from other countries have several questions about how Paypal works in there country.. If you know the details can you share it with me?
