Who over did it with the eating at Christmas?

I feel very fat right about now! I plan on loosing tho,so wish me luck! Take care!!

I totally over ate this holiday season. How can you not there is always so much good food it is way too addicting. I cant help myself and neither could my husband. I swear in just 2 days I gained 10 pounds.

Every year durring the Hollidays, I over eat, I just fill my plate up and eat it all I try to sample a little of everything on the table and often that is quite a lot. also cant forget the pie to go along with it

Yes I over ate at usual. I really did it up on my mom's goodies she baked. I didn't do any baking this year because I didn't want to have it in the house. Good thing or I would have really put on the pounds. I had christmas eve dinner with my mom and christmas day I made are own christmas dinner. I have one more to go this weekend. I think I will swear off food forever. lol
