Why do they? Is it an impulse? I can understand if the "boogies" are interfering with your breathing and it's an emergency... but people do it when they are driving... why?
Most people pick their nose because it is either dry with mucus or has moist mucusthat they want to get out of the nostril. either one can be uncomfortable.
