What do you to control your stress?

Wow, it's in your picture, I do yoga! That is the best stuff for stress and even to work out aches and pain. I just got into it a couple of years ago and I love it. I so recommend it and anyone can do it because it's all about breathing and holding positions. You don't have to be so limber you tie your self in a knot. There are tons of great info sites on the net if anyone is interested.
