I have an acne problem

I have been visiting my dermatologist but my acne problems are acute. Can you suggest any remedies that have worked on you or any home remedies

U had horrible acne since i was a teenager. 2 years ago I tried a product called proactive. It was a miracle. Not only did it clear my acnee but it made my skin so soft. I love the stuff and I would die if they ever took it off the market.
