What do you value more: Science or Intuition? Why?

I value intuition more. Mostly because my intuition is always right... and science is constantly proving and disproving it's theories.

I think both science and intuition are important. Inuition is important if we are to grow in knowledge and ideas. However, if I am laying on the operating table, I want the doctors to know for sure what they are doing. That is what science is all about, proving ideas to be true.

That is actually a very good point about the operating table. I have seen on House where he trusted his intuition over what tests said and turned out right. I know this is just a Tv show but it does happen sometimes.

Intuition is largely based on prior experience so I would go with it

I disagree. Human beings by nature look for patterns, even when there is not pattern and the behavior of something is truly random. In this case you are trying to look for a correlation and I think you are clouding yourself. You point back to specific instances where your intuition was right as proof that you are always right while instinctively blocking out any instances where you were wrong by perhaps saying "I over thought it" or "it wasn't really intuition". You define intuition by what you was correctly predicted and use your definition as the basis for your claim.

I'm not saying I'm always right. But sometimes science doesn't have explanations for everything. I've always been told to follow my intuition. If you feel wrong about something you're supposed to get away. If the hairs on your arms are the back of your neck stands up - trust that intuition and run like hell. There has been case after case where the person didn't trust their intuition and something bad happened.

I always go by intuition, and think it is always something we can learn from, and go by. Without intution we would not have a Conscience, and then it would be as if someone else was ruling us and making our decisions for us that we would.
