Freewheeling front hubs for 2000 Dodge 2500 4X4

Does anyone know of a retro kit to replace the front hubs on a Dodge truck to convert it to free wheeling hubs like Ford or early Dodge. I have 200k on the truck and the front hub bearings are begining to make noise like the bearings are starting to go. I know Dynatrac has a kit but it is $1800 and there must be someone else out there making a competitive kit or knows how to use the parts of a Dana from say a Ford to convert the Dodge. Warn Ind. is a local company here and they don't offer one. Maybe there isn't a market for this conversion
