WOW! Congratulations! What a big difference that has got to make in how you look and feel! You must be shrinking daily! How much are you able to eay? I've heard that people get full with very tiny amounts of food after the surgery. Do you have energy? Are you able to exercise?

Great going JRC I am very proud of you keep up he good work! knock everyone socks off.lol I could never go through with the surgery even if someone offered to pay because I know I have not got enough wwill power over my eating habits to stay small I'b back to my origional weight probably within a year or two. Becuase I am a compulsive eater and the only thing that would stop me from gaining is wiring my jaws shut and living off slimfast shakes.lol But my husband would enjoy life to much with my jaws wired shut.lol Well I have once again for yet another year have set my resolutions to lose to 300lbs by by birthday in July Hopfully I can make it again and keep it off this time. Well good luck on your continued weight loss and you should reward your self go out get you a nice outfit and go dancing! or something else you truly enjoy even if you have to save for that day!. You Go Girl!!!

well cograts to you,I know a few people that have had it done, some because they wanted to,some because the doctor recommended it,I always wondered if it was risky or a little dangerous.and how long does it take to recover?
