a woman is battling her own mother for the acquisition of millions of money left by the father who passed away. According to his will, the money would all go to the mom. apparently, their daughter is married to greedy man who is pushing her to go to court and assert her right for the money. the poor mom is crying in front of tv cameras saying she is willing to share the money with her daughter, she is old anyway and why would she keep every penny to herself. Their only daughter is now taking this issue to the court. who do you think has the right to the money?

Why can't the daughter assert herself with her husband. If he is so greedy then, he should be able to wait and see what the mother does with the money first. If the mother is saying that she is willing to share the money, then so be it. The daughter should not have been placed in this position by her husband. A will states the exect terms of how the money is to be split up, and what the mother does with it is her business.
