Did you hear of the 4 recent deaths in Brazil from anorexia?

It is causing concern. A popular model, a teacher, and a couple of college students. Is this a problem in your country? It is somewhat of a problem here, but we don't hear that much about it. So, unless it touches you personally, you don't really think much about it. Here is the article where I read about the deaths in Brazil.

It happens a lot in England, usually teenagers, girls and boys but it spreads into adulthood. It's a very sad illness, my cousin was very ill for a long time, it used to fascinate me the way she cut lettuce into cm squares and went on the exercise bike for 2 hours after every meal. Eventually she met her husband andshe's ok now although she's still careful what she eats 17 years on , don't think she'll ever have kids - probably a side effect or ever be fat.

Yeah I've seen one talk show here. I couldn't remember if it was in Oprah or in Dr. Phil. but anyway, it is soo sad that people die because of too much inferiority complex and wanting to be thin. Most models and actresses are viotims of this and some poeple who are soo paranoid of getting thin.
