witch is better a mac or a windows..?

mac is better they say. but windows can provide you with plenty of softwares. because macs are only limited to some softwares. It cannot run diff. kind of softwares.

I've used both and prefer Macs. They are easier and more intuitive to use--you don't to mess around with system settings and such--and they are much less prone to viruses and spyware. Windows has been incorporating more Mac-type features--plug and play peripherals, etc.--but it doesn't seem to work as seamlessly as it does on a Mac.

Both operating systems have their good and bad points, you will find that some companies use mac computer because the operating systems are a lot cheaper for network purposes, and macs are pretty decent for graphical and program creation.

That all depends on what kind you learned on really. Most schools had mac several years ago so those people probably prefer a mac. I like windows myself.
