do you use seat belts?

looking down on cars which pass me,i amazed how many motorists do'nt belt up.never mind that it is illegal,seatbelts have lives,yet you would'nt believe the no. of mothers who leave their children roaming around the back seat of car,do you use seat belts? do you allow childrens roaming on back seat?

I use seat belts everytime because of the safety and the strict laws.
