I am wondering how many people here have heard of or tried the paleoithic diet. What are some pros/cons of the diet? If you've been on it, what are some health benefits that you noticed? I have been on the diet for 8 months now and the benefits have been amazing. The only bad point I have personally experienced is it can be very restricting. My asthma, migranes and depression have all been reduced, as well as my weight. Would like to discuss it here with other interested/like minded people.
