Best in the sense it shoud be understood by one and all without any problems. Without any variation and color, creed, religion, gender, age difference the best language is 'SIGN' Language. Only it is applicable to dumb patients is the purest language world can make welcome very grandly. Most of the top leaders also waving their hands as part of this language to the fan mob. You may witness many signs from Celabrities Whom they are waving fans is very understandable to everyone in the group. So my choice is best I think.

I AM INDIAN AND I LOVE HINDI AS WELL AS MY LOCAL LANGUAGE PHARI BUT I WILL SAY ENGLISH IS THE BEST LANGUAGE BECAUSE WITH ENGLISH YOU CAN VISIT ANY COUNTRY AND MAKE OTHERS UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE TELLING ABOUT AND I THINK IN THIS WORLD RIGHT NOW MOST OF THE PEOPLE AR CURIOS ABOUT LEARNING ENGLISH ONLY AS PER RATIO.

I would give English my highest rating. People around the world can communicate in one common English and that's English. Imagine the world without English. You would be there where you are right now without English. And I would be here where I'm right now without English language. My owe my biggest gratitude to English language for my success and happiness. And thus I'm committed to preserving this wonderful language in whatever possible I can.

All the languages in this world are very rich in their resources and literature. So, why start a meaningless discussion about which language is the best in this world. All the languages are medium of expressing views and means to communicate with other people, So how can we classify which one is good and which one is not. Because all help in the basic communication need.
